Role Summary:

As an HR Systems and Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the “Unity Project,” aligning VCA’s HR and payroll systems with the Department for Transport (DfT). You will work on data collection, analysis, and reporting while ensuring integration and testing of new systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead data collection and ensure accurate reporting for the Unity Project.
  • Support HR system implementation, testing, and integration processes.
  • Aggregate and analyze payroll and HR data, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and present reports tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve HR data processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (graphs, formulas, pivot tables).
  • Proven experience in Management Information (MI) reporting and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in data validation, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
