Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong analytical mindset with high-level numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of platforms like Qlik, Looker Studio, R, or Python
- Understanding of relational databases and use of SQL
- Experience designing engaging dashboards or digital solutions

This role is offered on Agenda for Change Band 7 scale, ranging from 44,806 to 53,134 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is your chance to play a crucial role in improving how the North London Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) makes decisions and measures success. As a Data and Analytics Officer, you’ll help develop digital tools and reports that directly support research delivery across the region.
You’ll work within a tight-knit team of data professionals who support both regional priorities and national NHS research projects. The impact is real — your work helps improve how health research is conducted and funded, ultimately benefiting thousands of patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that shape decision-making
- Collaborate with local and national teams to align research goals with data solutions

- Contribute to both local innovation and national research delivery
