Requirements
- Experience working with databases and data platforms
- Excellent Excel skills including PivotTables, VLookups, Graphs
- Great attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new tools

Salary Details

About the Role

As a Philanthropy Data Assistant, you’ll be the one keeping systems clean, reports sharp and invoices flowing. You’ll be joining the Insight and Reporting Team, working on high-impact campaigns like Cancer Grand Challenges and Future Leaders. Every figure you process feeds the fight.
From maintaining CRM data quality to supporting finance tasks, your day-to-day ensures that every donor interaction and fundraising decision is built on solid, accurate information. Key Responsibilities
- Keep data flowing cleanly into the CRM system and maintain its integrity
- Run reports for internal teams to support insight-led decision making
- Assist with invoices and purchase orders using finance software

- Work closely with the Insight and Reporting Manager on analysis projects
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and improve processes
- Support fundraising teams by making their data more actionable
