The role is offered at Agenda for Change Band 5, paying 35,964 to 43,780 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This isn’t your average data job. You’ll be at the heart of clinical trials helping shape the future of dementia care. You’ll track, enter, and clean clinical data so it’s reliable and ready for analysis. Every record you manage, every query you resolve, helps the team unlock new treatments faster.
You’ll work closely with trial coordinators, research fellows, and nurses to keep things running smoothly. From managing clinical documentation to helping schedule participant visits, your input will be critical to the success of the trials. It’s a unique chance to work where science, compassion, and structure all meet.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter case report data from source documents and ensure accuracy
- Resolve outstanding data queries and support timely data lock
- Support GCP-compliant documentation and trial record keeping
- Liaise with CRAs to ensure issues are addressed efficiently
- Maintain trial materials like kits, forms, and documentation
- Coordinate participant travel and visit logistics where needed
- Contribute to a strong team culture that prioritises precision and ethics
