Requirements

  • A-levels or equivalent in Maths, Computer Science, or related subject
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel for data analysis
  • Confident in delivering training and supporting users at different levels
  • Detail-driven with experience in handling complex datasets
  • Comfortable interpreting protocols and working independently
  • Team-focused mindset with proven communication skills
  • Experience with CRFManager or similar data management tools is a big plus

  • Band 4, £27,485 to £30,162 a year
  • Paid according to the Agenda for Change scheme

About the Role

This Data Quality Coordinator position is part of a newly structured setup within the NIHR Clinical Research Facility (CRF). It’s your chance to take ownership of vital research data, shape how information flows through their systems, and directly contribute to successful study delivery.

You’ll oversee and train others in using CRFManager—a central platform for scheduling, metrics, and billing. Your work will ensure researchers, nurses, and clinicians have accurate, timely data to support clinical decisions.
