An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Band 5 Dietitian aspiring to advance to Band 6 or an experienced Band 6 Dietitian seeking a new challenge within our Macmillan cancer and palliative care service. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact at Heartlands and Good Hope hospitals, with occasional duties at Solihull if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your clinical caseload, including assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in MDT outpatient clinics and dietitian-from-home clinics.
  • Contribute to service development and student pathways.
  • Engage in ongoing personal and professional development through a robust training program.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in dietetics or equivalent.
  • Current State Registration with HCPC.
  • Strong clinical experience, particularly in palliative and cancer care.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
