Job Overview
Newbury Care Limited is seeking reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide home-based care and support to individuals in Kidderminster. This role is open to applicants already residing in the UK who require Tier 2 sponsorship and are willing to relocate if necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with nutrition, hydration, and feeding
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
- Helping clients with exercises and mobility support
- Administering or prompting medication
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Location: Must currently reside in the UK (applications from outside the UK will not be considered)
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English
- Driving: Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (required)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a care role (preferred)
- Vaccination: Must have at least one COVID-19 vaccine before employment; a second dose may be required as per government guidelines (proof required)
Shifts Available
- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:30 – 21:30
- Monday to Friday and weekend cover available
