Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role (preferred).
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (desirable but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one.

Key duties include:
- Assisting with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administering medication following established guidelines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assisting with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
- Documenting daily activities and reporting concerns to the management team.
