You’ll support people to live with independence and dignity, right in their own homes. You’ll be trusted with personal care, meals, mobility help, and medication. But beyond that, you’ll become someone’s routine, their laugh, their reassurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with bathing, dressing, and personal care needs to maintain dignity
• Help clients move around safely and confidently in their space
• Prepare meals that match personal tastes and health requirements
• Give medication and monitor how clients are feeling day to day
• Offer company and conversation, helping reduce loneliness
• Keep simple records that show what care was provided
• Keep the space safe and hygienic for everyone
• Work closely with family and health professionals to shape care that fits
