About the Role

Foremost Care UK Limited is looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide essential home care services to clients across London. This role involves supporting individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will assist clients with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and household tasks, ensuring they receive high-quality and dignified care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.
• Support meal preparation, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition.
• Administer medication as per care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, reducing social isolation.
• Help with daily tasks such as shopping, bill payments, and social activities.
• Perform light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Travel between clients’ homes, delivering care to multiple service users throughout the day.

• Certificate of Higher Education in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
• English language proficiency.
• 1 year of experience in home care (preferred but not mandatory).
