We are expanding our team and currently seeking over 20 compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and elderly care requirements.

If you live in the Sandwell area and can cover calls in Smethwick, Oldbury, Tipton, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Tividale, Old Hill, and surrounding locations, we would love to hear from you! Drivers are preferred but not essential.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Support independent living – Assist service users with personal care, medication, hygiene, and daily tasks
✔ Household management – Help with cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, and attending appointments
✔ Ensure dignity and respect – Promote independence while maintaining privacy and professional care
✔ Accurate documentation – Maintain clear and concise records of care on Care-Planner, time sheets, and diaries
✔ Training & team participation – Engage in induction programs, ongoing training, and quality reviews
✔ Punctuality & reliability – Arrive on time and spend the full allocated time with each service user
✔ Reporting & communication – Report any concerns to the manager for timely intervention

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Good communication & time management skills
✔ Ability to build professional relationships while maintaining boundaries
✔ Basic literacy and numeracy skills
✔ Flexible and practical approach to care
✔ Care Certificate (or willingness to work towards it)
✔ Ability to provide personal care and use mobility aids
