Job Summary

Onecare World Health Limited is looking for dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide compassionate and professional care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and providing emotional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to seniors, individuals with dementia, and those in need of home care support.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications as per training and company guidelines.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Experience in assisted living, senior care, dementia care, nursing homes, or home care settings.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving and handling clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic when working with clients with physical or cognitive limitations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1 year of home care experience.
