Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting where you’ve made a real impact
• Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to get one
• A love for early education and a commitment to helping young minds thrive

Salary Details

Pay ranges from 26,000 to 32,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualification level. Performance bonuses of up to 2,000 a year also available.
