Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify for the role:

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.
• Prior experience working at heights.
• Hands-on expertise with HV Transmission Lines and High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
• Knowledge of tower assembly techniques.

Additional Skills (Desirable):

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or lineman work.
• Experience operating puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch equipment.
• A valid UK driving license (support for international license conversion available).

Eligibility for Non-UK Applicants:

• Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., UKVI IELTS).
• A clear tuberculosis test result (if required).
• Clean immigration history.

About the Role
This position is ideal for highly skilled Electrical Linemen with a solid work history and adaptability. Responsibilities include the following:

• Rigging, blocking, suspension, and earthing tasks.
• Jumpering and in-situ steel replacement work.
• Precise interpretation of technical drawings.
• Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards on-site.
• Collaborating with a team to support project goals and management directives.

Working hours are flexible, typically ranging from 9 to 10 hours per day and varying based on seasonal demands.
