Job Description
Position: Software Engineer, Systems
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI clusters at scale, collaborating with cloud service providers.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and propose solutions.
- Oversee the development of high-scale, reliable infrastructure systems.
- Mentor technical talent and design effective processes for team operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8 years of industry experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong focus on infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern cloud infrastructure and tools like Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $300,000 – $485,000 USD.
