Requirements

  • Ability to follow a person-led care plan
  • Comfortable administering personal care and medication
  • Reliable and open to flexible shifts including sleep-ins
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Record-keeping and note-taking confidence
  • A team mindset with a positive, enabling attitude

Salary Details

This role pays £12.65 per hour, with £60 additional pay for each sleep-in shift. Total weekly earnings potential can vary based on hours and shift structure.
