Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes covering Career Transitions, Professional Branding (Resume and LinkedIn), Behavioral Interviews, and Offer Negotiations.
- Host weekly office hours to provide timely support for students facing challenging tasks.
- Assist students in navigating offer negotiations and making informed decisions.
- Develop networking strategies and provide guidance on effective communication with recruiters.
- Offer advice on interview strategies and recruiter communication techniques.

- Previous experience as a career mentor or performance coach is advantageous.
- Availability to dedicate up to 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
