About the Role

Vice President of Investor Relations

Sacral Capital is seeking a full-time Vice President of Investor Relations to spearhead all aspects of investor relations. This hybrid role entails preparing for investor calls and meetings, refining investor presentations, identifying new Limited Partner leads, nurturing existing LP relationships, conducting thorough due diligence on potential leads, supporting external communications, and offering insights on industry trends. The position, based in Miami, FL, offers flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all facets of Investor Relations, including preparation for investor engagements and communication.
  • Review and enhance investor presentations to effectively convey the company’s value proposition.
  • Identify and cultivate new Limited Partner leads while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investors.
  • Support external communications efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting financial statements.
  • Background in finance or related field.
  • Experience with fundraising, pitching, and engaging with UHNW communities.
  • Familiarity with SEC filings and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to invest in personal development, such as working with healers, performance coaches, or therapists.
  • Ability to navigate pivots and discern long-term gains from short-term gains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field; MBA preferred.

About Sacral Capital’s Compensation and Benefits

Sacral Capital offers competitive compensation with a base salary of up to $200,000 per year, along with additional compensation types such as bonuses and stock options.
