About the Role

As a Deal Desk Administrator at Bazaarvoice, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing commercial terms for various agreements including sales orders, SaaS agreements, service agreements, statements of work, and other necessary contracts for both existing and new customers. Acting as a key partner to Senior Deal Desk Advisors and the sales team, you’ll provide essential Salesforce and contract support. In this role, you’ll champion the use of our CPQ automated contracting system to its fullest potential, joining a Deal Desk team that serves as true commercial advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Review: Thoroughly review commercial terms for sales orders, SaaS agreements, service agreements, statements of work, restatements, amendments, and other necessary agreements.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all contract terms comply with business requirements such as discounting approvals, service terms, and revenue recognition rules.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain accurate reflection of agreements in Salesforce.
  • Sales Team Support: Coach the sales team on effectively leveraging the CPQ automated contract generation tool.
  • Documentation: Publish contract guidance and reference materials to the intranet using web publishing tools.
  • Productivity Improvements: Develop and implement productivity enhancements to ensure the function scales with business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in reviewing commercial terms agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and statements of work.
  • Professional Attributes: High-energy professional passionate about helping the sales organization close deals.
