Role Overview
Nestlé Purina Pet Care is seeking an Expert Generative AI Prompt Engineer to join their forward-thinking team in the rapidly evolving domain of generative AI. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced prompting techniques to craft innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a new era, shaping the way the company interacts with and benefits from AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced prompts to maximize the efficacy and creativity of AI responses.
- Utilize generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilots and ChatGPT to create practical, scalable solutions for diverse business needs.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to leverage generative AI for organizational growth and efficiency.
- Educate and train internal teams on the best practices and methodologies of interacting with AI systems.
- Stay aware of the latest developments in AI and prompting techniques to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fields of language and human-computer interaction (e.g., linguistics, cognitive sciences, data science, psychology, natural language processing, or related fields).
- 1+ year of experience working with AI-driven tools and platforms.
- 1+ year of experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5, XLNet, etc.).
