Position: 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer

Location: London/Essex Border (In-office role)

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide third-line technical support, resolving complex issues escalated from help desk or second-line support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Assist in release management activities, including testing, deployment, and documentation of software updates and patches.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively optimize systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and workarounds.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
