Position: Junior Data Entry Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Junior Data Entry Specialist, you will handle various data entry tasks, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with the Business Unit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Enter, update, and verify data in proprietary and client systems.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer inspection data from Reliable Reports’ proprietary systems to client systems.
  • Replacement Cost Data: Enter replacement cost data into third-party software applications.
  • Clerical Functions: Perform additional clerical tasks as required.
  • Quality and Productivity: Maintain satisfactory quality and productivity standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective oral and written communication with the Business Unit Specialist.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, or one year of equivalent work experience.
  • Basic analytical, oral, and written skills.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and basic software programs.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with at least 85% B2 level proficiency.
