The Role

We are looking for outstanding Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our global sales team. In this role, you will create awareness and generate interest in OysterHR among remote-first and remote-open companies through cold calling, email, and social outreach. You will work closely with our EMEA Account Executives, setting qualified meetings and presenting our employment platform to potential customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate Interest: Create awareness and interest for OysterHR among target companies through various outreach methods.
  • Collaborate: Partner with EMEA Account Executives to gain exposure to mid-market deals.
  • Set Meetings: Arrange qualified meetings between target buyers and account executives.
  • Present Capabilities: Articulate the benefits and capabilities of our employment platform to prospective customers.
  • Manage Workload: Prioritize tasks for optimum efficiency and success.
  • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to BDR Managers to improve role effectiveness.
  • Share Best Practices: Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months in a sales role, preferably as a Business Development Representative in a SaaS company.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines using data-driven strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics and demonstrated quota attainment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or another tier-one CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Thrive in an autonomous, distributed, and global work environment.
  • Customer Focus: Prior experience engaging with HR personas and B2B prospecting tools.

  • Remote Work Passion: Enthusiasm for remote work.
  • Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDICC, SPICED-O.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Spanish, Arabic, French, etc.
