About the Role

This role is all about meaningful connection. As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one support in clients’ homes—helping them feel seen, safe, and supported in everyday life. Your visits might involve personal care, companionship, medication support, or even helping someone get to the shops. Each task you do will help someone live with dignity and joy in their own space.

You’ll join a dedicated home care team that serves communities across Felixstowe and surrounding areas. The work is structured but never rigid, and you’ll always have someone to call if you need backup. For the right person, this job is more than a paycheck—it’s purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care with respect and sensitivity
  • Support with medication, hygiene, meals, and day-to-day routines
