About the Role

As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll be the helping hand and friendly face that enables clients to live independently in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and ensure every client feels respected and valued. This role goes beyond routine care – it’s about forming real connections, understanding people’s needs, and making a difference in how they experience each day. Whether you’re helping with personal care, supporting mobility, or offering a listening ear, you’ll be central to creating comfort and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to maintain dignity and well-being
