Requirements
- Valid full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
- At least one year of experience in home care
- Enhanced DBS and references (to be completed if offered a role)
- Good computer literacy and confidence with digital systems
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- Empathy, patience, and ability to support clients with dignity
- Effective communication skills to connect with both clients and colleagues
Salary Details
This role is offered with a 45-hour per week contract on a two-week fixed roster. Additional overtime is available to cover holidays and staff absences. Pay is competitive and reflects the commitment required in community care.
About the Role
As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes across Woodbridge, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Hollesley, Alderton and nearby areas. You’ll help with personal care, medication, and everyday tasks while also providing companionship. The goal is simple: to make sure people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in familiar surroundings. It’s work that goes beyond routine – it’s about being someone clients can trust.
