This role involves both lone and group working, providing personalized support to clients with a range of needs, including elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and those requiring care due to sickness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support based on individual care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and household tasks.

  • Work in a flexible shift pattern across different days and times, according to the service rota.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with care regulations.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
