Requirements
- Valid UK driving license or international license (4-5 months remaining)

Salary Details
The hourly rate for this role is £11.90, with an additional mileage allowance for travel between clients’ homes.
About the Role
RGH‑Global is seeking compassionate and dedicated female care assistants in the Basildon area. The role involves offering comprehensive personal care to clients in their homes. This includes supporting clients with their hygiene needs, assisting with mobility, administering medications, and providing companionship. A significant part of this role is helping to alleviate the loneliness and mental health struggles clients may face through consistent communication and engagement. The ideal candidate must be patient and attentive, ensuring every client feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support toileting and continence management
- Administer medications and monitor clients’ health
- Help with mobility, including transfers using the proper equipment
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities
- Light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide companionship and engage with clients emotionally
- Keep accurate records of care provided and changes in the client’s condition
- Follow health and safety protocols and company policies
- Attend regular training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Other Details
The role demands candidates be based in the UK, with sponsorship available for those meeting the criteria. Applicants must have prior experience in domiciliary care and hold a valid driving license.
