- Driving licence – must be valid and active

About the Role

As a female community Care Worker, you’ll be visiting people in their homes across Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Chesham, and Watford, offering both practical and emotional support. You won’t be in a stuffy building all day. You’ll work independently or in pairs, manage your own day, and build meaningful relationships with those you support. Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care with respect and dignity
- Assisting with medication in line with client needs
- Preparing meals and supporting meal intake
- Light housekeeping and shopping support
- Working collaboratively with other staff when needed
