About the Role

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley is a high-quality homecare provider dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults with exceptional care and companionship in their own homes. As a trusted and compassionate employer, we are currently recruiting for a Female Skilled Care Worker (SOC Code: 6135) and Senior Care Worker (SOC Code: 6136) to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking a Visa Switch and offers Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to those who meet Home Office eligibility requirements.

Visa Sponsorship

  • We are a licensed Home Office sponsor.
  • Only candidates already residing in the UK will be considered.
  • Overseas applications cannot be processed at this time.

Requirements for the Role

  • Must already be living in the UK (applications from overseas will not be considered).
  • Preferably located within a 5-10-mile radius of Redhill, East Surrey.
  • Full and valid UK or International driving licence with access to a vehicle for work.
  • Willingness to obtain business vehicle insurance (mandatory).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including:
  • Early mornings (from 7:45 AM)
  • Evenings (from 5 PM)
  • Alternate weekends
  • Willingness to work as both a Live-in Care Worker and Domiciliary Care Worker (subject to Home Office regulations and care worker SOC codes 6135 and 6136).
  • Must complete a 3-day mandatory training course.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
  • Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude towards clients and team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality personal care, including washing and dressing.
  • Administering medication (in accordance with training).
  • Supporting clients with daily activities and encouraging independence.
  • Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support.
