Requirements

• 1 year of support worker experience preferred, not essential
• Full UK driving licence required

Salary Details

About the Role

You’ll work across a variety of daily tasks, both practical and personal, from making breakfast to laying out fresh bedding at night.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients start the day with confidence, including washing, dressing, and breakfast
• Support with medication reminders and collections, making sure nothing’s missed
• Prepare and assist with meals that feel like home cooking
• Assist with light household duties, like laundry, ironing, and keeping spaces tidy
• Shop with or for clients, helping them stay connected and independent
• Offer help with social outings, from friend visits to community events
• Provide night-time comfort, including bed prep and end-of-day care
• Be present with a calm and caring attitude that makes people feel safe and respected
