• Degree in Computer Science or related field (2025 or 2026 graduates)
• Strong coding fundamentals and analytical thinking

Salary Details

This role offers a competitive package of £108,000 – £124,000 annually (converted from USD) plus equity, reflecting the company’s belief in rewarding ownership and performance.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Northslope, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and strategy. Instead of maintaining legacy systems, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their toughest challenges and build custom applications that drive measurable results. Every project is unique, fast-moving, and deeply hands-on. You’ll iterate quickly, ship frequently, and see your work make a difference right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals to design and build solutions that directly support their success
