- BA/BS in computer science or related degree
- 3+ years of experience in building and scaling successful software projects, preferably independently or within a small team or early-stage startup

- Familiarity with our stack (Node, React, Postgres, everything written in TypeScript)
- Experience in fields like recommendation systems, natural language processing, applied machine learning, large-scale production search/ranking systems, or related areas
Responsibilities:
- Given the size of the team, you will be touching all parts of the stack.
- Craft intuitive interfaces for non-technical users to leverage AI in their work.
- Explore cutting-edge capabilities of LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and AI agents.
- Own development projects from research and prototyping through production.
- Evolve the tech stack and architecture to scale to our growing customer base’s needs.
- Contribute to the creation of team culture, internal tooling, and processes.
