Job Description:
Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Montessori is seeking a dedicated French Early Years Teacher to join our team. Our nurseries offer spacious, bright classrooms where children can learn, grow, and play in a nurturing bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines and supervise children’s activities
- Organize and prepare activities and materials
- Help settle new children following our Settling In Policy
- Support children’s personal care routines
- Assist the Key Person with daily duties
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will hold one of the following qualifications:
- CAP Petite Enfance
- Diplôme d’Etat d’Auxiliaire de Puériculture
- Diplôme d’Etat d’Educateur de Jeunes Enfants
- An Ofsted-recognized qualification, Level 3 or above
- An Ofsted-recognized Montessori qualification
- At least one year of experience in a nursery setting
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
- Proficient in spoken and written English (and French for bilingual roles)
- Competent IT skills (Word, email)
- Strong listening skills and a positive attitude
- Resilience, empathy, and the ability to accept constructive criticism

- Crouch Hill (across all age groups)
Study Requirement:
Unqualified candidates must study for an early years qualification recognized by Ofsted to understand the EYFS framework.
