- Ability to communicate clearly with children
- Strong people skills for working with parents and colleagues
- Good spoken and written English and French if applying as a French speaker
- Confident IT skills using Word and email

Salary Details
The role offers a yearly salary of £26180 with seven weeks of paid holidays and a thirty eight hour work week.
About the Role
The teacher supports daily routines and creates a calm space where children can play and learn. They help organise activities, guide personal care routines, and support the Key Person with tasks that keep the day running smoothly. This role shapes early development and helps children feel safe and confident. If someone enjoys working across age groups and wants their work to matter, they may feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines to support smooth and predictable days for children
- Supervise activities to encourage learning and social growth
- Prepare materials that keep children curious and engaged
- Support new children during their settling period to help them feel secure
- Guide personal care routines to build independence
- Work with the Key Person to keep key tasks on track so each child feels seen
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
A DBS check and international equivalents from the past five years will be required. References will be fully reviewed to ensure safeguarding standards.
