About the Role
This is a hands-on, people-first role where your presence means everything. As a Home Carer, you’ll be the reason someone’s day starts with a smile. From personal care to meaningful conversation, it’s all about making life easier for those who need support in their own homes.
You’ll be covering Eastbourne and nearby areas, so having your own transport is key. The hours are structured to meet Skilled Worker sponsorship criteria, but only UK-based applicants can apply at this time. Key Responsibilities
- Support personal care routines with sensitivity and dignity
- Monitor wellbeing and communicate changes to senior staff
