About the Role
As a Graduate Data Science Trainee, you’ll join a two-year programme designed to help you grow into a world-class data professional. You’ll dive into the practical side of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, working across teams like Fraud, Climate Analytics, Financial Crime, and Retail Banking. From your first day, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing models, analysing complex datasets, and building solutions that directly improve how customers bank. Every insight you uncover helps the business make smarter, faster, and more ethical decisions.
You’ll learn the full lifecycle of data projects—from concept to deployment—using cloud technologies and modern tools. You’ll also explore responsible AI and data ethics, ensuring your work always reflects trust and integrity.
