Requirements

  • Paramedic Science Degree – Final-year students from the 2025 cohort
  • HCPC Registration – In progress at the time of application
  • Driving Licence – Max 3 penalty points and no drug/alcohol-related offences
  • C1 Licence – Not required at application but must be obtained by 16 June 2025
  • Strong Communication Skills – Able to document clearly and speak confidently
  • Crisis Management – Calm under pressure, able to think fast and act with care
  • Empathy & Resilience – Proven ability to deal with distressing situations sensitively

Salary Details

Starting salary is £30,420, rising to £37,030 as you transition into a Band 6 Qualified Paramedic.
