An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join the Beverley Nursing and Conditions Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic community nursing environment and is passionate about providing holistic, quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients with long-term conditions, complex wound care needs, and palliative care requirements
  • Deliver care in patients’ own homes, including residential care settings
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other local and healthcare providers
  • Adapt to the dynamic changes that occur in community nursing on a day-to-day basis
  • Utilize excellent communication skills and IT literacy in daily tasks
  • Travel between locations to carry out work, attend training, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in Health and Social Care
  • Care Certificate or willingness to complete within the induction period
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to prioritize own workload
  • Good understanding of basic IT skills
  • Daily access to transport (essential)
