About the Role

This is a hands-on, human-first role supporting a young man with learning difficulties. He’s wheelchair-dependent and needs hoisting support, personal care, and compassionate presence across set morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Every day you’ll be helping someone live better – whether it’s starting their day with confidence or getting settled in for the night with peace of mind. If you’re someone who believes in impactful work over busywork, this is for you. You’ll be joining a team that treats caregiving not just as a job, but as a calling.

  • Support with hospital visits and errands when needed
  • Follow each client’s care plan while adapting to real-life needs
  • Build trust by being present and communicative
  • Keep records and tasks aligned with safety and company policies
