Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care based on individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Support with mobility and handling as needed.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
