As a Health Care Assistant with Ethica Care, you’ll help people stay comfortable, cared for, and connected. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities like dressing, meals, and personal hygiene to promote comfort and dignity
- Support care plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals
- Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes promptly to ensure early support
- Keep environments safe and clean to protect clients’ wellbeing
- Offer companionship that lifts moods and strengthens trust
- Maintain accurate records to support high-quality, consistent care
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, person-centred support
