Job Description
The Health Care Assistant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role involves supporting medical professionals and ensuring patients receive the care they need. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals under the supervision of the Healthcare Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
- Follow instructions from doctors and nurses regarding patient care.
- Monitor IV drips and medications.
- Deliver messages and documents to relevant staff.
- Communicate emergency information to medical personnel.
- Verify patients’ insurance coverage.
- Organise medical documents and ensure easy retrieval.
