Job Details

  • Work under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife to deliver high-quality care in accordance with individual care needs.

Requirements

  • Literacy and numeracy qualifications equivalent to Functional Skills Level 1 or above (e.g., GCSE grade E or above).
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in health or care settings.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in data entry and retrieval.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

Salary Details

This role offers a salary of £23,615 per annum, in line with NHS Agenda for Change Band 2 rates.
