About the Role
As a Health Care Support Worker, the role is centered around providing essential support to both patients and medical staff. The individual will assist in personal care, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobilization, ensuring patients’ needs are met with compassion. Training is provided to equip workers with the skills necessary for clinical support tasks such as monitoring vital signs and supporting patients during medical procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with hygiene, nutrition, and continence care
- Supporting patients with mobility and ensuring their comfort

- Assisting with clinical procedures under the supervision of qualified nurses
- Ensuring departmental areas are restocked as needed
