Main Duties
- Therapeutic Engagement: Spend quality time with service users, fostering recovery through evidence-based interventions.
- Care Support: Assist Registered Professionals in delivering and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly assess and communicate service users’ health status and care outcomes to Registered Professionals and the multidisciplinary team.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively during assessments and treatments, including supporting Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).

Role Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 2 Diploma or NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, with evidence of numeracy and literacy skills (e.g., GCSEs or Functional Skills).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience or training in mental health services.
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable experience working in a team and providing customer-focused service.
Desirable Experience:
- Working with individuals with mental health needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Personal experience as a service user or carer.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of mental health issues, services, and mental health promotion.
- Proficiency in literacy, verbal communication, and computer usage.
- Emotional resilience to manage high-stress situations effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Work Schedule
This role requires working shifts on a 24/7 schedule, offering flexibility and variety.
