- Registered nurse or midwife with relevant specialist practitioner training

This Band 6 role offers 38682 to 46580 per year pro rata depending on experience.
About the Role
This role supports the 0 to 19 service across North Yorkshire where you guide families through the Healthy Child Programme. You’ll work in a blended model offering home visits base working and virtual support so families always have a clear route to help. Your judgment shapes early interventions which can ease pressure before concerns grow. You’ll work with partner agencies who depend on your insight to align support around each child. Each conversation helps parents feel steadier and more informed. You’ll also influence health improvement across the community by sharing clear evidence based guidance. - Deliver the Healthy Child Programme helping families understand what supports safe development
- Assess family needs early to prevent issues from escalating and affecting wellbeing
