Requirements of a Care Assistant

  • Be an experienced female carer with a minimum of 3-5 years Home Care experience
  • Be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternative weekends (this is to fulfill the contract)
  • Must be a confident driver with a valid driver’s license and access to own car
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English (Test evidence required)
  • Police clearance checks

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
