Requirements
- UK Driving Licence so you can access the company car
- Local to South Norfolk or can reliably get to Long Stratton
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible—the kind of person who people trust
- Able to work alternate weekends to support their care rota
- No care experience? No problem. Full training provided so you can start strong
- Right to work in the UK and able to work full-time if applying for sponsorship
Salary Details
- £13.00 per hour weekdays plus travel time
- £15.00 per hour weekends plus travel time
- Holiday pay of £1.80 per hour
- Contracted hours available between 16 and 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Support with personal care so clients feel clean, respected, and dignified
- Assist with medication to keep clients on track with their health
- Meal prep and nutrition to make sure no one goes hungry or struggles with cooking
- Provide companionship to reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being
- Light domestic tasks to keep living spaces clean, safe, and comfortable
- Continence care to support dignity and confidence
