Requirements

• UK Driving License and Vehicle – This role requires travel between client homes
• Genuine Passion for Care – You want to make someone’s day better
• Experience Preferred – But not essential, full training provided

Salary Details

Pay is competitive with the option of weekly or fortnightly payments. Pension contributions apply. Travel and toll costs are reimbursed separately.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with Personal Care – Dignified help with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Daily Living Tasks – Light housekeeping, preparing meals, shopping, errands
• Medication Reminders – Help people stay on track with routines
• Emotional Support – Offer conversation and presence to reduce isolation
• Wellbeing Checks – Keep an eye on health, safety, and general comfort
• Policy Compliance – Respect privacy, follow care standards, ensure safety
• Team Contribution – Share ideas and attend team meetings to improve care
